Die Global Foundation for the Care of Newborn Infants (GFCNI) ist die erste globale Organisation und das erste Netzwerk, das Patient:innen, Familien, Gesundheitsfachkräfte, medizinisches Personal und Wissenschaftler:innen aus verschiedenen Disziplinen, Fachbereichen und Ländern zusammenbringt - mit dem gemeinsamen Ziel, die Gesundheit und die Versorgungsqualität von Neugeborenen und ihren Familien weltweit voranzubringen.

Aufgaben
  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Vorstands bei der strategischen Planung, der Festlegung organisatorischer Prioritäten und der Entscheidungsfindung
  • Erstellung von Analysen, Hintergrundpapieren und umsetzbaren Empfehlungen zur Unterstützung von Entscheidungen
  • Leitung und Koordination strategischer und organisationsübergreifender Projekte
  • Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung interner Strukturen, Arbeitsweisen und der Governance auf partizipative und integrative Weise
  • Workshops, Konferenzen sowie interne Lern- und Reflexionsformate konzipieren und moderieren
  • Den Vorstand bei der Gestaltung einer wertebasierten Personal- und Führungskultur unterstützen
Qualifikationen
  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Sozialwissenschaften, Politikwissenschaft, oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der strategischen Beratung, Projektleitung oder Organisationsentwicklung, vorzugsweise in einer NGO oder im internationalen Umfeld
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Personalführung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Changemanagement und Governance
  • Hohe Eigenständigkeit, schnelles Urteilsvermögen und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Stakeholdermanagement-Fähigkeiten
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • Hohe Integrität und Diskretion
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte in klare, umsetzbare Erkenntnisse für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen zu übersetzen
