Join a team that plays a critical role in shaping the future of distributor operations through business intelligence, strategic planning, and data-driven decision making. As a Sales Central Ops Manager, you will serve as a key business partner across Distributor Operations, Sales Planning, Customer Development, IT, and DRIVE teams, helping transform complex data into meaningful insights that support business growth and operational excellence.

In this highly visible role, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise reporting frameworks, distributor intelligence capabilities, planning tools, and performance measurement systems. You'll work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional partners to create scalable solutions, improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and strengthen distributor engagement strategies across the organization.

Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, executive-level communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, support innovative technology initiatives, drive process standardization, and develop tools and resources that enable field teams and leadership to make informed business decisions. What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics, mathematics or data analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of Gallo or partner distributor experience to include business analytics or financial modeling work reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR MBA degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics, mathematics or data analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility: OR High School diploma or State Issued Certificate plus 10 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics, mathematics or data analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State Issued Certificate plus 9 years of Gallo or partner distributor experience to include business analytics or financial modeling experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word and OneNote at an advanced level.
  • Required to travel by air and automobile up to 25% during the course of business.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

The Fine Print

  • The Company does not sponsor for employment-based visas for this position now or in the future.
  • We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
