What You'll Be DoingAs our National Business Development Manager, you'll lead from the front-driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding Nextech's national footprint, and cultivating highvalue partnerships that fuel longterm success.

• Identify, develop, and close new corporate and national business opportunities that drive sustainable revenue growth
• Build and execute a growth strategy focused on financial performance and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Research industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive activity to uncover emerging opportunities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Arrange and lead highimpact business meetings with potential customers and strategic partners
• Evaluate new market opportunities, customer needs, and potential equity investments
• Analyze market strategies, deal requirements, financials, risks, and growth potential for new ventures
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead contract development, negotiations, and execution
• Coordinate internally to align new business initiatives with company strategy and operations
• Provide trusted feedback, postsale support, and relationship management to ensure longterm success
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, revenue, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Mentor and develop entrylevel and midlevel sales professionals, tracking performance and growth
• Represent Nextech with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times

Min CompensationUSD $80,000.00/Yr.Max CompensationUSD $100,000.00/Yr.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a proven business development leader with the vision, drive, and experience to accelerate national growth.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in sales planning, territory management, and closing complex deals
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and building longterm client relationships
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to prospect, build rapport, and sell solutions aligned to customer needs
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry or servicebased businesses strongly preferred
• Customer support or postsale relationship experience is a plus
• Remote with up to 50% travel

• Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling,pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching
