Job description

The Personal Assistant provides one to one personal support to Corporate Executive. Performs the following tasks:

Communication: Answers phone calls and emails, organizes and plans meetings, schedule appointments.

Life Management tasks- grocery shopping, order and pick up meals, dry cleaning pick up and drop off, coordinate child care arrangements, organize travel itineraries, pick up minor child and escort to activities, organize parties, pharmacy pick ups, organize transportation and assist with transportation if necessary, coordinate other assistance as requested.

Personal Shopping- order clothing, shoes, and other personal items.

Administrative tasks- prepare reports and other forms

Qualifications:

Must complete a criminal background check and urine drug screen

High school diploma with some college

Reliable transportation and insurance

Ability to multi-task

Excellent verbal and written articulacy

Computer skills (Word, Social Media, etc)

COVID Vaccination required
