Step into Production with Real Alloy

Real Alloy is ready to welcome you! Your work will directly transform scrap aluminum into fresh, high-quality metal for our customers. You’ll learn our safety and quality systems, master blending, and move materials that keep production humming.

A day (or night) in this role

At 6:45 PM you arrive, gear up, and review the shift plan. You’ll handle heavy materials, set up and monitor blends, and use basic computer tools to document activity. Throughout the night, you’ll stay focused on safety and product specifications, collaborating closely with teammates to keep output on target. At 7:00 AM, you hand off a clean, organized work area to the next crew.

Schedule and training
  • Primary schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM on a 4 ON / 4 OFF rotation.
  • Multiple shifts are available; all new employees begin on an 8-hour shift and transition to a 12-hour shift after initial training.
