The role is responsible for leading and developing the scripting and logistics for the Tek Talks and I-ERP Minute podcasts, including managing the end-to-end podcast creation process, coordinating logistics, and ensuring successful delivery of audio content that supports business objectives. The position also requires developing targeted and effective internal communications for Purchasing and cross-functional counterparts by tailoring messages, selecting appropriate communication channels, and achieving specific communication goals. Additionally, the role will involve formatting, organizing, and strategically updating training materials to meet evolving business needs, improve comprehension, and enhance audience engagement.

Responsibilities

Assist communications & training team with all items related to I-ERP communications, engagements and training, including (but not limited to)

  • Communication management and strategic planning including developing Newsletter and podcasts Developing and managing training contents
  • Creation of communication strategies and plans
  • Global end-user engagement strategies
  • Tracking and metrics
  • Development of internal communications for Purchasing and cross-functional counterparts
  • Development of internal communications for leadership
  • Review and refinement of content developed by the team
  • Lead and develop scripting and logistics of the Tek Talks podcast and I-ERP Minute podcasts
  • Input to Corporate engagement strategies
  • Input to external (and public) communication strategies
  • Support the team to deliver impactful and inspiring content with an element of storytelling Training: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update training curriculum for various IERP courses 
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and Ms Team, both in-person and virtually, to diverse audiences

Experience Required

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in relevant field
  • Communication management and strategic planning including developing Newsletter and podcasts
  • Developing and managing training contents
  • Well versed in developing and executing training programs

Skills Required

Communications, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Sharepoint, Artificial Intelligence & Expert Systems

 

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree

 

Education Preferred:

Master's Degree
