Job description

Business Administrator

The Wellness Way Headquarters - Green Bay, WI - Full-Time

Do Health Differently and help us run the business behind it.

The Wellness Way is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, organized, and adaptable Business Administrator to be the engine behind our operations. This isn't a one-lane role. You'll run payroll, own HR for our invested clinics, vet exciting new partnerships, keep our trainings on track, and make sure our newsletters land in inboxes looking sharp. If you love variety, thrive on ownership, and want a front-row seat to how a growing wellness company operates, this is your role.

What You'll Do

Keep the Lights on (Payroll and Staffing)

  • Run payroll across all invested clinics.
  • Own staffing resources for every invested clinic, from records to benefits.
  • Manage Paycom, process benefit changes, and keep employee files up to date and organized.
  • Create and post job ads across multiple platforms to help us find great people.
  • Build reports on birthdays, anniversaries, and benefit costs.

Grow the Business (Partnerships)

  • Manage relationships with existing partners.
  • Vet new partnership opportunities and bring your finding to leadership.

Make Trainings Happen

  • Schedule speakers for all trainings- up to 10 a month.
  • Project manage content approval, coordinating pre-recordings, and collecting slide decks so every training launches smoothly.
  • Keep all employees in the loop by sending out reminders for all trainings.

Tell Our Story (Communications)

  • Collect content, design, and send out our weekly Student Club newsletter and monthly Franchise Insider newsletter.
  • Build reports that show how newsletters are being engaged with.

Jump in Wherever Needed

  • Take on projects assigned by the COO. No two weeks look the same.

What We Offer

Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000

Insurance: Health, dental, vision, life, short term disability, long term disability, accident, and critical illness insurance.

PTO: 40 hours per year, increasing with length of employment

Benefits that Support Your Wellness

  • Free on-site gym access
  • Free on-site massages
  • Free care at our Wellness Way - Green Bay clinic

What You Bring

  • HR and/or payroll experience preferred
  • Comfort learning Paycom (HRIS platform) quickly
  • Sharp written and verbal communication skills
  • The tact and discretion to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Serious organizational chops and a project-management mindset
  • The ability to juggle multiple partnerships, trainings, and deadlines without dropping a ball
  • A problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Why The Wellness Way?

At The Wellness Way, we don't just talk about health. We live it, in how we care for our patients and how we support our team. If you're looking for a role where your organizational skills and initiative genuinely move the needle, we'd love to hear from you.
