You Will Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Are energized by competition, enjoy earning customers' trust, and are motivated by achieving results (Closing Sales).

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and new challenges.
  • Adapt quickly and recover well from setbacks.
  • Enjoy meeting new people and building rapport with a variety of customers.
  • Embrace technology and AI-powered tools to improve communication, organization, and efficiency.

These skills will be used to:

  • Develop and execute a proactive prospecting, follow-up, and marketing plan.
  • Generate new buyer opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact  to contract by understanding their needs and presenting the right home solutions.
  • Financially qualify prospects and coordinate with lending institutions to complete the sales process.
  • Set proper expectations and manage the customer experience throughout the home buying journey.
  • Utilize company-approved technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to improve communication, organization, and the customer experience.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Continue developing professionally through ongoing sales training and coaching.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A persuasive, confident communicator who enjoys influencing decisions.
  • Someone who is self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve results.
  • Strong relationship-building and listening skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
  • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and accountability.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

Physical demands and overall work environment:

  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and walk on various types of terrain, including uneven surfaces, construction sites, and residential properties that may have mud, ruts, etc.

  • Must be able to perform movements such as bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, grasping, etc.
  • Must have the ability to climb permanent stairs, temporary stairs, and ladders.
  • Must have the physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting approximately 50 lbs. unassisted throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to endure and be exposed to different types of conditions, including weather (heat, cold, rain, ice, etc.) and substances such as dust, dirt, and fumes.
