Your role in protecting families will include:

  • Client Support: Assist clients with completing and signing their life insurance applications over the phone, with scheduling their insurance exam and helping them with billing questions. Respond to emails and requests for information regarding Zander’s Identify Theft Protection by taking inbound and making outbound calls.
  • Proactive Communication: Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies to best position Zander products and services while providing long-term, individualized solutions to customers

  • Physical, consistent attendance during normal working hours within a standard 40-hour workweek, as many of the job duties are time sensitive and most effectively and efficiently resolved only through required immediate communication; additional hours may be required;
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
