Position Summary:
The New Truck Sales Representative is responsible for selling new commercial trucks to retail, vocational, and fleet customers. This role focuses on consultative selling, customer relationship development, and delivering vehicle solutions that meet customer operational needs while achieving sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell new trucks to commercial, vocational, and fleet customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate truck models, specifications, and configurations
  • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and coordinate financing or leasing options
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through delivery
  • Coordinate with service, parts, finance, and body/upfitting partners
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Stay current on product offerings, pricing programs, and industry trends
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience selling commercial or heavy-duty trucks
  • Knowledge of vocational applications and upfitting processes
  • Familiarity with financing, leasing, and fleet purchasing

Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
