Job description


We are looking for Machine Learning Engineers who have built product models from idea to delivery. You are passionate about digging into data, cleaning it, analyzing it, generating ideas, and building models. In this role, you will maintain models in production and build infrastructure to iteratively update them. You will monitor for distribution shifts in the data and adjust models accordingly. You will also be responsible for system architecture, participating in design reviews, and conducting code reviews to ensure best practices.
You can expect to work on
Anything and everything. At this early stage, you will find yourself:
  • Building targeting models for our Direct Mail Channel
  • Building risk models from both existing credit bureau data and Aven customers' performance data
  • Building pricing and product relevance models
  • Building models to automate back-office human processing of documents and other tasks
  • Weighing in on strategy. Every voice is important to help inform our decisions
  • Become an expert in our product space, such that you're able to find new opportunities from data and models
