  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in a full-time center-based environment
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies and naturalistic teaching methods
  • Collect and document client progress data using electronic systems
  • Support children's communication, social, and adaptive skill development through play-based learning
  • Participate in daily circle time, social skills groups, and therapeutic activities
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members to support client success
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new Behavior Technicians as assigned
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification within 2 months of hire (training costs covered by Atlas Autism Health)
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull equipment; bend, kneel, squat, twist, sit, stand, walk, and transition between floor and standing positions; and occasionally run short distances to support client safety and engagement.
  • Interest in autism services, behavioral health, child development, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Previous ABA therapy, RBT, Behavior Technician, childcare, or special needs experience is highly valued
  • Passion for helping children learn, grow, and achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and compassionate in challenging situations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children, children with autism, or individuals with developmental disabilities
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building capabilities
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and professional growth
