What You’ll Do:

·       Serve as the primary owner of new product launches from quotation through first commercial shipment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on specification.

·       Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the launch process, providing timeline updates, managing expectations, answering questions, and ensuring readiness for commercialization.

·       Host customer visits, pilot runs, validations, project meetings, and New Product Kickoff meetings while serving as a professional representative of Accupac and Cobalt Labs.

·       Lead cross functional teams across R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, and Packaging to successfully execute product launches.

·       Develop and manage launch plans, project timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.

·       Coordinate product specifications, pilot runs, validations, line trials, material readiness, and operational feasibility throughout the product lifecycle.

·       Present launch status updates, KPI reporting, project risks, and recommendations to customers and internal leadership teams.

·       Partner with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements that increase efficiency, transparency, and speed to launch while ensuring a smooth transition to commercialization.

What We’re Looking For:

·       Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Chemistry, or a related scientific or technical field.

·       5+ years of experience in project management, new product introduction (NPI), product commercialization, validation, R&D, or a related manufacturing environment.

·       Strong experience presenting to customers, leading meetings, and communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.

·       Comfortable serving as the primary customer-facing representative during product launches, customer visits, validations, and project reviews.

·       Understanding of the full product lifecycle from quotation through shipment and commercialization.

·       Experience working cross functionally with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales teams.

·       Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans.

·       Experience within cosmetic, personal care, pharmaceutical, healthcare, CDMO, or GMP-regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

          Knowledge of cosmetic formulation, product development, validation activities, and cGMP requirements is a plus.
