Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within a medical device manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, project timelines, product launches, and manufacturing readiness activities from development through commercialization.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage NPI projects for medical device products.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.
Drive project timelines, budgets, risk management, and deliverables.
Support product transfer, process development, and manufacturing scale-up activities.
Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements.
Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
10+ years of project management experience in medical device manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of NPI, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing operations.
Experience working in regulated FDA/GMP environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
