Department Overview
Envysion Operations & Delivery includes functions such as Supply Chain, Project & Configuration Delivery, Process Operations, Field Service, Installation Support and Technical Support. This department is focused on providing the delivery of new services, support of existing services, and the supply of hardware to our many customers. As a rapidly growing business, Envysion will win through the swift delivery of new services to new and expanding customers. Successful deployments which excite our customers are key to our overall customer satisfaction.
Job Description
As a Project Manager within the Project & Configuration Delivery team, you will lead projects focused on our processes and Internal IT systems across many business functions to include finance, supply chain, operations, engineering, and more. Enhancements to these internal processes & systems are critical to the growth and success of Envysion. Having a solid track record of positive team leadership, history of successful project delivery, combined with demonstrated ability to lead simultaneous initiatives will be key to your overall success. Completing projects with high quality, communicating effectively across all levels is essential.
Core Functions
  • Significant management experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering value to the organization.
  • Ability to lead from a strategic point of view while also being able to tactically execute the daily responsibilities and overcome obstacles.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new product development initiatives
  • Must have high attention to detail and demonstrate an ability to learn quickly while producing results.
  • Manages a portfolio of projects from inception to completion (or transition), including tracking and evaluation of portfolio project performance.
  • Ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within accepted quality metrics.
  • Leads the project toll gates, status meetings, and communicates project status.
  • Utilizes project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness.
  • Self-motivated and willing to think outside of the box to help support strategic growth.
  • Foster strong relationships across many internal teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.

Experience & Education
  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management, Project Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years previous experience as a Portfolio/Project Manager.
  • Experience leading projects to implement internal enterprise IT systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, Sage, JIRA, and custom software solutions.
  • Experience with varying project management methodologies.
  • Experience with process modeling and process improvement initiatives.
  • Project management related certifications preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of retail industry related applications, CCTV, LP, data integration techniques and web technology.
  • Understanding or experience working on international projects

Location & Travel Requirements:
  • Ability to travel up to 20% time
  • Preferred candidates will live in Central or Eastern United States

Target Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 USD
