Join Our Team at New Process Metal Solutions!
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent career growth potential and a competitive benefits package.
Schedule:

  • Four days on / four days off
  • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, plus overtime as needed
  • Schedules may vary based on customer demand and production requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, including forklifts, trucks, and manufacturing machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including motor controls and PLCs.
  • Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Ensure safety compliance and keep work areas clean.
  • Support and train other maintenance staff as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience with strong electrical skills (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprint reading.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and cranes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with great communication skills and flexibility for overtime.
