Job Summary

Coordinate the onboarding and ongoing support of new and existing customers to enhance their overall experience with MSC. Serve as a subject matter expert and key point of contact, providing guidance on customer service processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new and existing customers.
  • Conduct video calls with customers to provide guidance on MSC processes and customer service channels.
  • Support customers throughout the onboarding process and assist in addressing questions and concerns.
  • Identify potential issues and elevate or coordinate resolution with appropriate internal teams.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to support operational issue resolution and corrective actions.
  • Maintain customer onboarding records and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and customer interactions to help ensure service standards are met.
  • Presence required onโ€‘site 5 days per week.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.
QualificationsRequired Skills / Key Competencies
  • English: Advanced
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset, focused, and responsive
  • Strong attention to details
  • Adaptable and flexible to changes in responsibilities
  • Organized, efficient, and able to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Knowledge of MS Excel with the ability to learn new software
  • Prior experience in supply chain, transportation, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, call center, administrative or clerical jobs
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Prior experience in customer service, or logistics with a focus on customer service and problem resolution
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred or equivalent experience in similar role
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics not necessary but a plus
Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
  • Must be able to commute to the designated office location
  • Presence required onโ€‘site 5 days per week
Work Authorization
  • Authorization to work in the U.S

This role requires working onโ€‘site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role, unless required offโ€‘site duties are being performed.
