What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a new graduate RN, and why are they important?

To thrive as a New Graduate RN, you need a nursing degree, RN licensure, and a solid grasp of clinical fundamentals such as patient assessment and care planning. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), medication administration systems, and basic clinical equipment is typically required.
