New Grad RN job at AccessHealth. Albany, NY. Position: Clinical Nurse Work Shift: Day Salary Range: Not specified

Responsibilities
  • Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments.
  • Order and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
  • Assess patient needs and responses to care.
  • Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to create patient care plans.
  • Guide ancillary personnel and maintain nursing standards.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate).
  • Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
  • Certification in BLS and ACLS.
  • 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
