Unit/role info:

Med/Surg Observation

The New Grad Registered Nurse / RN I is responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and directing those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients; coordinating the medical plan provided by support service departments relating to the assigned patients; identifying and implementing nursing interventions and evaluates results; and demonstrating developing leadership qualities.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) (Required)
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and
  • Applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program.
  • RN - Registered Nurse upon hire (Required)
  • CPR - Basic CPR upon hire (Required)
  • Prior work experience not required.

Salary range: Minimum 37.47/hour - Maximum 59.22/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
