RN -School Trach / Vent Individual Care Nurse
Love working with children? We are seeking high-skilled Trach and Vent nurses. This is great opportunity to provide nursing care outside a clinic or hospital setting.
Pay Range is $42 per hour
Seeking RN's to provide individual nursing care for a child at school during the 2025-2026 school year
Duties include escorting child to and from classroom activities while providing trach care and administering meds and feed through G-tube, monitoring her ventilator, and providing ADL's.
Nurse will meet at home and ride transportation to school and from school.
The student's schedule approximately is based on child's transportation hours.
Will consider available experienced, qualified, and compassionate RN's for PRN, PT, and FT hours.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have at least one year of direct care RN experience within the last 3 years
  • Will consider New Grad RN's with this experience as an LPN
  • Must have a least 6 months of Tracheostomy (Trach) experience
  • Must have a least 6 months of Ventilator (Vent) experience
  • Must complete online trach and vent assessments
  • Must have CPR Certification (no online courses)
  • Pediatric experience preferred
