Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time & Part-Time
Location: New Bedford, MA
Paid per visit – starting at $38/visit!

Your Role:

  • Collect patient medical histories and assess physical health (vitals, mental status, diet, etc.)
  • Educate patients and families on nursing services and care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with care plans and HIPAA
  • Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care plans as needed
  • Submit accurate and timely patient notes/documentation
  • Coordinate additional services as needed (LPN, HHA, Personal Care Attendant)
  • Arrange referrals for services like PT or medical social work
  • Supervise and support LPNs, HHAs, and Personal Care Attendants

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license
  • OASIS and WellSky (Kinser) experience preferred (training provided)
  • Med-surg and wound care experience a plus
  • TB test within last 12 months & CPR certification
  • Physical exam within last 12 months
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to attend orientation at Taunton office
