This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse, RN professional to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Loyola Medicine's three hospitals are located approximately 30 minutes from Downtown Chicago.

The Orthopedic & Spine Unit is a 21-bed unit that cares for post-operative orthopedic patients, post-operative neuro-spine, post-operative bariatric, post-operative plastic surgery patients. In addition to general medical patients who are also admitted to the unit.

MacNeal nurses participate in shared governance and are active in practice-related decision making that influences their daily work. Our nurses are empowered to make meaningful changes to process and policy to positively impact patient outcomes and their work environment. Furthermore, we foster an environment of professional growth through continued education opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and support for nursing specialty certification.

What Registered Nurse RN will need:

  • A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
  • BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
  • Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire

BSN Pay Range: $36.05 - $59.92 per hour

ADN Pay Range: $32.97 - $57.06 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
