Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with option to extend) OR permanent placement option

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

Shifts: Days, Evenings, or Nights (varies by facility)

Pay: Excellent rate including hourly + housing & travel stipends (for travelers)

  • Current TB test/results.

  • Current physical stating fit for duty (within the past year).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.

  • Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting any changes promptly.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

  • Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and ongoing care needs.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
