Job description

New Grad Registered Nurse (RN)

$20,000 Sign-on Bonus Eligible

Sovah Health - Danville is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network with facilities coast to coast. At Lifepoint Health, as a New Graduate RN, you'll be supported every step of the way as you begin your nursing career. Our evidence-based Nurse Residency Program provides hands-on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse. 

You'll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12-month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care. 

You'll benefit from:

  • Shows curiosity and a willingness to learn by asking questions, seeking feedback, and continuously building clinical knowledge and confidence.

Schedule:

3 12- hour shifts Days (7a-7p) Nights (7a-7P) every other weekend
