A great group 30 minutes Southwest of Modesto, CA, is seeking a full-time permanent Family Nurse Practitioner to join their primary care team! 

  • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
  • Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
  • 1-2 urgent care days (12-9p) per month; rotating call between 5 providers.
  • 22-26 ppd.
  • All ages.
  • 100% outpatient.
  • Prefer providers with experience but may consider a strong new grad that is local and licensed.
  • Salary $140-225k with bonuses and depending on experience.
