What You'll Do

As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate nursing care while serving as an essential member of our multidisciplinary treatment team.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting
  • Monitor resident progress and communicate changes in condition to the treatment team
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, case managers, and nursing staff to coordinate care
