New Grad RN - Surgical Nursing Opportunity (Full-Time)
Full-Time / Varied Shifts / Inpatient Surgical Care / Great Benefits
Start your nursing career strong with a full-time surgical unit opportunity designed for new graduate RNs. In this fast-paced inpatient setting, you'll care for post-operative and medical-surgical patients while developing clinical skills and gaining confidence with the support of experienced mentors.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide direct nursing care to surgical and general med-surg patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation)
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform routine post-operative care
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Document patient information accurately using electronic health records
  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans, medications, and follow-up care
