  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while promoting a collaborative team environment.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations.

  • Educate residents and families regarding health conditions, medications, treatments, and discharge planning as appropriate.

  • Help ensure the highest standards of resident safety, comfort, and quality of care.
