FSN is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting, supporting patient assessments, treatments, and care coordination. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the ambulatory setting.
  • Perform patient triage (in-person and telephone) and assist with care coordination.
  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist physicians and providers during examinations and minor procedures.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
  • Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to providers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Coordinate follow-up care, referrals, and discharge instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting, preferably in ambulatory care
  • Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS and CNOR certification preferred.
  • Ability to perform circulating nurse duties effectively and confidently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative surgical team.
