Overview:
The University Recruiter/Program Manager owns the strategy for Early Career programs for interns and new grad hires, designing and executing high-impact programs, including onboarding, events, mentorship, and performance management/conversion. This role ensures a consistent and engaging experience that drives strong performance and conversion outcomes.
In addition, the URPM manages the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and new graduate hires across assigned business unit(s). This includes sourcing, screening, managing interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding candidate experience and meet hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage end-to-end intern and new grad programs - set program strategy and goals aligned with overall TA and Early Careers strategy, lead execution of program strategy, track program metrics.

  • Oversee intern and new grad onboarding and manager orientation/enablement.

  • Plan and execute intern events, executive engagements, and learning & development experiences.

  • Own intern evaluation and feedback processes, including performance management and conversion decisions.

  • Analyze program effectiveness using feedback, conversion metrics, and business outcomes to drive improvements.

  • Create and manage keep-warm campaigns for incoming hires.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding journeys for intern and new grad hires.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and/or new graduate roles in assigned business unit(s), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer delivery.

  • Attend campus events and career fairs in partnership with hiring managers and the business to identify top talent and showcase company culture.

  • Partner with hiring managers to plan recruiting strategies and lead the intern/new hire matching process for assigned business unit(s).

  • Maintain data integrity in the ATS and other systems/tools.

  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.

  • Support university relations strategy execution in alignment with program goals.
