Optometrist - Competitive Compensation + Great Benefits - Battle Creek, MI

We are seeking a motivated Optometrist to join an established practice in Battle Creek, Michigan!

DETAILS:

  • Mostly Primary Eye Care
  • 2-3 patients per hour
  • Great support team including billing manager, technicians, marketing, and opticians available
  • Updated technology provided: EMR, Retinal Cameras
  • New Grad OD Program available - Start before you are licensed
  • Great OD mentorship available

SCHEDULE:

  • Full Time
  • 4 or 5 days work week available
  • 2+ Saturdays preferred

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

  • Production based incentive model with bonuses on top
  • Average earnings of $150,000-$160,000/year
  • Medical, dental, vision

  • 3 weeks Vacation per fiscal year.
