Requires handling of average weights or objects up to 25 pounds with some sitting, standing, or walking.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Day Shift (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed.
Job Summary
The LPN is a member of the multidisciplinary ambulatory team who is responsible for patient care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. The LPN performs the duties for which they are trained such as starting IVs, simple wound dressings, and notifying the RN or LIP with any changes or abnormalities in the patients condition.

New Grad: a candidate accepting their first position in an LPN role since obtaining licensure.
Experienced: a candidate with one year of clinical experience or a starting time-in-position (TIP) of at least 12 months at the time of hire.
What are the eligibility requirements?
LPN/Hospital/UKHC and LPN/Ambulatory/UKHC roles are eligible
New Grads accepting the bonus must be hired at a .9 FTE or higher
Experienced hires must be hired at a .6 FTE or higher
What is the payout structure?
New Grad, $15k
$5k at the end of department orientation
$5k at the 12-month employment anniversary
