Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) - Broward County, FL (New Grad's Accepted)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum obstetric care, including prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum services.
  • Perform gynecologic evaluations, annual exams, and preventative screenings (Pap smears, breast exams, etc.).
  • Diagnose and treat conditions related to the female reproductive system, including menstrual disorders, infertility, endometriosis, menopause, and pelvic pain.
  • Manage high-risk obstetric cases and provide appropriate referrals when necessary.
  • Conduct gynecologic procedures and surgeries (e.g., hysterectomy, laparoscopy, D&C, tubal ligation).
  • Provide family planning counseling and contraceptive management.
  • Collaborate with nurses, midwives, and other specialists to provide integrated patient care.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
  • Valid and unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care.
