Job description

Help shape how customers service their Amazon credit card through modern, intuitive digital experiences. You will work at the intersection of partner collaboration, product delivery, and measurable customer impact.

Job Summary
As a Associate Product Manager in the Amazon Credit Card Partnership team, you drive delivery of servicing enhancements across Amazon and Chase platforms. You help translate partner priorities into clear roadmaps and executable plans, while balancing customer needs, business value, and delivery constraints. You run operating routines, align stakeholders, and use performance data to continuously improve experiences and operational outcomes.

Job responsibilities:
Support the roadmap for modernizing servicing features across Amazon and Chase platforms
Manage multiple initiatives with overlapping timelines, keeping delivery on track and customer focused
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for the Amazon partner and help turn priorities into plans
Drive stakeholder alignment on scope, trade-offs, timelines, and decisions
Establish and run working sessions, status updates, and regular progress reporting
Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early and lead plans to resolve them
Coordinate across product, technology, operations, analytics, and other cross-functional teams
Define success metrics and monitor performance to validate outcomes and inform iteration
Support triage of servicing issues by partnering with teams to diagnose root causes and prioritize fixes
Contribute to continuous improvement of servicing capabilities and operational efficiency

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, project management, partner management, or a related field
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including concise updates for senior stakeholders
Strong judgment, integrity, and ownership mindset with a bias toward action
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience translating business needs into structured plans, requirements, and delivery milestones
Comfort using data to define metrics, track performance, and drive improvements
Strong problem-solving skills, including issue triage and root-cause thinking
Customer-first mindset and interest in improving digital servicing experiences

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience working on customer servicing, digital self-service, or customer journey improvements
Experience collaborating with technology teams to deliver new capabilities from concept through launch
Experience supporting products in financial services, payments, or credit cards
Familiarity with modern product delivery practices (for example, iterative delivery and continuous improvement)
