Pay Range: STAFF RN/NEW GRAD - $48.25 to $48.25
Job Summary:
The New Graduate Registered Nurse is responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients based on HMNMH's policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.
Licensure and Certification:
  • Current California RN license
  • Current BLS provider card

Education:
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) required
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred

Experience:
  • Prior acute hospital experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Basic computer skills
