Job description

$5,000 Retention Bonus

$41-$45 Hour

New Grad Nurses Welcome!!

As a Shady Grove Center for Nursing & Rehab employee, you will enjoy working in an environment that promotes professional growth and development that offers competitive wages, PTO, and insurance plans. We are looking for RNs who are dependable, self-motivated team players. RNs are the eyes and ears for our Residents and play a very important role.

Responsibilities:

  • Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.

  • Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.

  • Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).

  • Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.

Experience:

  • RN: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

  • RN (Required)
