The Student, Campus Programs supports the Campus Team by assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of student recruitment initiatives and program management initiatives. This role provides administrative and operational support for campus hiring activities, recruitment events, candidate engagement, and reporting. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about helping create exceptional experiences for students, candidates, hiring managers, and campus partners.
This position is based at the Calgary Office, and offers a flexible work schedule. The successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

What you'll do
Support the coordination and execution of campus recruitment programs and student hiring initiatives.
Support full-cycle recruitment activities by assisting with job postings, conducting interviews, preparing job offers and candidate communications.
Manage candidate communications and respond to routine inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data, and program documentation.
Assist with the planning and delivery of career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and other campus activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recruitment metrics to support program tracking and decision-making.
Maintain recruitment calendars, tracking tools, and shared team resources.
Deliver a professional, inclusive, and engaging experience for candidates and partners throughout the recruitment process.
Support projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned.
Who you are
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in Canadafull-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)
Available to begin work in September 2026
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Solid verbal and written communications skills
Critical thinker and ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced, hard-working team environment
Attention to detail and accuracy, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task and meet strict and occasionally moving deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and team skills.
We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.
Education
Must be enrolled in a Business Undergraduate Program or related program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work termOR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered
New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
