About This Role

As a New Grad RN Resident in the Urology department at Cleveland Clinic, you will assist in providing exceptional care to post-operative urology and overflow surgical patients, while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced healthcare setting.

What You'll Do
  • Assist fellow caregivers in providing exceptional patient care.
  • Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors.
  • Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
  • Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
  • Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
  • Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
  • Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when needed.
  • Document in patients’ medical records.
RequirementsEducation
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing
  • BSN preferred
Experience
