We are currently seeking a full-time New Construction Project Manager in the Apopka, FL Area!


The New Construction Project Management involves overseeing and managing the planning, design, and construction of new building projects from start to finish. This role ensures the projects are completed on time, and within budget and meeting all quality standards, while managing risks and relevant regulations.



Duties Include

  • Overseeing the entire construction process.
  • Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Handle procurement of materials and services.
  • Monitor and report on projects progress, identifying and resolving issues.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess the quality of work and ensure to project specifications.
  • Manage project documentations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Experience in managing teams and working with contractors, and sub-contractors.
  • Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety and regulations in construction.
