Are you passionate about sports and excited to launch a career in sales? D.C. United is looking for energetic, motivated, and curious individuals to join our team as New Business Development Representatives (NBDRs). This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and build the foundation for a successful career in the sports industry.
As a New Business Development Rep, you'll be on the front lines of our ticket sales team-learning from experienced leaders, connecting with fans, and selling full season, partial plan, and group tickets for D.C. United home matches at Audi Field.
Whether you're a recent graduate or someone looking to switch careers into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you. You'll receive top-tier sales training, mentorship, and professional development from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Learn and apply best-in-class outbound sales techniques through personalized training and daily coaching.
  • Make a high volume of outbound phone calls, texts, emails, and social touches to engage new potential ticket buyers.
  • Sell full season, partial plan, and group ticket packages to individuals and organizations.
  • Build relationships with fans and organizations across the D.C. area and beyond.
  • Represent D.C. United at home games, networking events, and community initiatives.
  • Use CRM tools to track activity, sales progress, and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with teammates to create a fun, competitive, and supportive sales environment.
