Schwaab, Inc. is a proven provider of signage, name badges, nameplates, and custom marking products. We are hiring a hunter-style Business Development Manager to own a territory, generate new business, and build regional accounts selling a broad portfolio of solutions across multiple industries.

This role is designed for a self-directed sales professional who wants ownership, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Own

  • New account acquisition from prospecting through close
  • Full ownership of a defined territory and pipeline
  • Sales of ADA signage, name badges, nameplates, and custom marking products
  • Discovery calls, presentations, and deal strategy
  • Ongoing ownership of accounts you bring on, with responsibility for growth and expansion
  • Bringing new accounts on board and handing off closed business for fulfillment

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B new business development experience
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing new accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills
  • Confidence in presenting and leading sales conversations
  • Competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated
  • Experience selling signage or custom-marked products is a plus
