Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary: $40,000 + uncapped commission
  • 1st Year Earnings: $80,000–$90,000

About the Role

At Auto-Chlor, you’ll own your territory, build your book of business, and work directly with restaurant owners and operators throughout Northern Colorado.

This is NOT a warm-lead role, you’ll be actively prospecting and generating new business daily.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct 20–30 in-person prospecting visits per day
  • Build relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts
  • Sell commercial dishwashing and sanitation solutions
  • Manage your full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Partner with service and installation teams to ensure successful account onboarding

What We’re Looking For

  • Hunter mentality, comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by performance
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced field environment
  • Sales experience preferred (B2B, D2D, hospitality, or customer-facing backgrounds are a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license required
