Cole Neural Institute (CNI) is seeking an exceptional Full-Time (Part-Time role available as well) licensed mental health professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish (Hebrew also if possible) to join our growing clinical team.

Position Summary:
As a CNI Cognitive Coach, you will work closely with clients throughout their nervous system conditioning journey. You will provide education, support, coaching, and behavioral integration while collaborating with Neurotechs and Supervisors to deliver an exceptional client experience.
This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, intellectually curious, highly professional, and excited to learn an innovative clinical methodology.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct coaching sessions using the Cole Neurologic Method™
· Educate clients about nervous system regulation and conditioning
· Review client progress and reinforce treatment goals
· Help clients integrate skills into daily life
· Collaborate with Neuro-technicians and Supervisory Staff
· Complete timely clinical documentation
· Participate in ongoing training and professional development
· Contribute to maintaining CNI’s high standards of clinical excellence
Required Qualifications:
· Active professional license in a mental health field (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)
· Fluent in both English and Spanish (Hebrew preferred as well)
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
· Professional, compassionate, and client-centered approach
· Strong organizational and documentation skills
· Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in trauma-informed care
· Experience with anxiety, stress, depression, or trauma treatment
· Coaching experience
· Interest in neuroscience, neurofeedback, biofeedback, or psychophysiology
· Growth mindset and willingness to learn innovative approaches
Compensation & Benefits:
· Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience, professional development, and demonstrated performance
