Job description

Palm Health Resources is hiring an experienced Neurosurgery Physician Assistant LOCUM in Western Colorado!! In this role, the veteran Physician Assistant will be working 12 hour shifts (days and nights) throughout the month.


General Duties will include OR, Rounding, and some admittances for Trauma Neuro. It is full time, 14 shifts per month, starting ASAP!

Job Responsibilities:

Advanced Neurosurgery PA with OR, Rounding - we are an admitting department for the hospital NOT just consulting. Be able to assist and manage patient care, OR procedures vary for Trauma - be able to assist the Surgeon for the Trauma needs

Provides efficient and compassionate care for both the patient and their family utilizing multi-disciplinary approach through communication, continuity, coordination and evaluation. Provides relevant education and counseling to patients and families to support care plan, treatment, and discharge.


Required qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

BLS

ATLS

Colorado state license preferred
