Neurosurgeon – Hospitalist Model

Grand Rapids, Michigan

365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon for a permanent hospitalist neurosurgery position in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

This role offers a predictable 7-on / 7-off schedule, practice within a Level II Trauma Center, and the opportunity to join a highly respected neurosurgery program with advanced surgical resources and strong multidisciplinary support.

Schedule

7-On / 7-Off Hospitalist Model

  • Seven consecutive days of coverage followed by seven days off
  • Full 7-day coverage blocks
  • Weekend coverage included within the work block
  • Call responsibilities integrated within the scheduled rotation

This schedule allows physicians to maintain clinical excellence while enjoying predictable time off.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Manage trauma-related neurosurgical cases
  • Collaborate with neurologists, neurointerventional specialists, and trauma teams
  • Provide postoperative and follow-up care
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based surgical care

Candidate Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
