Advocate Health is seeking General and Subspecialty Neurologists to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Health Center in Paddock Lake, WI.  Join one of the nations largest, most respected health systems.
 
Position Highlights:

Outpatient Only-Enjoy Established Referral Relationships. Subspecialty interests will be supported along with seeing General Neurology patients.

  • 2-year Guarantee in the range of $353,285-$402,428
    • Placement in the starting range is based on training, experience, certifications etc and will be based on the candidates' qualifications.
    • Up to $200,000 in sign on bonus and Student Loan Forgiveness 
    • We are a 501c3 organization and positions qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
  • EEG/EMG services a plus 
  • Enjoy excellent clinical and operational support
  • Inpatient Service covered by NeuroHospitalists
  • EPIC EMR
