As Territory Manager you are responsible for driving the adoption and clinical success of Saluda Medical's Evoke therapy to positively impact the lives of patients suffering from chronic pain. This role partners closely with physicians, clinical stakeholders, and healthcare systems to deliver our technology and programs to drive strong outcomes for physicians & patients. As subject matter expert you lead the entire patient journey, from education, through all OR activities - trials, implant procedures, and ongoing care with goal to empower people with chronic pain to live freely again.

What you'll do:

  • Develop & execute a strategic & comprehensive go-to market plan to drive revenue growth in your geography.
  • Provide hands on clinical and technical advisory & support through entire sales and patient lifecycle.
  • Leverage clinical evidence as the foundation of your commercial narrative.
  • Identify and develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) within your territory who can amplify Saluda's clinical message at regional & national levels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build strategic & tailored programs to reach and educate physicians & patients in your area.


What you'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience, with a strong preference for neuromodulation, spinal surgery, or implantable devices.
  • Demonstrated track record of new territory growth, new account development, and exceeding quota in a complex capital or implantable device environment.
  • Comfort operating in a clinical setting - including OR, procedure suite, or pain clinic - with the ability to support technical programming workflows.
  • Strong scientific acumen; able to read, interpret, and translate clinical data into customer-facing conversations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage at every level, from patient coordinator to department chair.
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability to results and an ability to work effectively without direct daily supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree required; background in life sciences, nursing, or allied health is a plus.
