What is neurofeedback training?

Neurofeedback training is a type of biofeedback that helps individuals learn to regulate their brain activity. During a session, sensors are placed on the scalp to monitor brainwaves, and real-time feedback is provided, often through visual or auditory cues. This process helps individuals recognize patterns in their brain activity and learn how to modify them, which can improve focus, reduce anxiety, and address issues such as ADHD or insomnia. Neurofeedback is non-invasive and is typically conducted by trained professionals. Sessions are tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
