Role Overview
As a Neurodiagnostic Technologist II, you will perform advanced neurodiagnostic testing and support providers in delivering accurate neurological evaluations within an outpatient multispecialty setting.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Performing Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS/NCV)
  • Performing neurodiagnostic procedures including EEG, LTM, TCD, EP, and NCV
  • Ensuring accurate data collection and adherence to clinical protocols
  • Monitoring patients throughout diagnostic procedures
  • Maintaining equipment and ensuring proper functionality
  • Collaborating with providers and care teams to support diagnosis and treatment
  • Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with standards
  • Supporting overall clinic workflow and patient experience
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education
Required:
  • Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Neurodiagnostic Technology (NDT) program OR completion of an ABRET-recognized program OR Associate degree or higher OR five (5) years of related experience

Experience
Required:
  • Two (2) years of experience in Neurodiagnostics
  • Experience performing Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS/NCV)

Licensure / Certification
Required:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
  • Seizure First Aid Certification (SFAC) within 30 days
  • Must hold one (1) of the following credentials:
    • Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (R.EEG T)
    • Registered Evoked Potential Technologist (R.EP T)
    • Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM)
    • Registered Nerve Conduction Study Technologist (R.NCS.T)
